Class & Workshop Cancellation Policy


Haddon Hall NJ hosts classes, workshops, and concerts led by independent instructors and local artists. The following policy ensures fair compensation for our instructors and proper preparation of materials.

Registration

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your ticket for any workshop or studio event.



Cancellation & Refund Schedule

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.

  • Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time are non-refundable, as supplies and seat reservations have already been committed. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend—please email us the new attendee's name prior to the class.

If Haddon Hall NJ or an instructor cancels an event due to severe weather, emergency, or low enrollment, registered attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.
